Iris Studios x Research Campione

CAMPIONE was born from a shared passion for design, culture, and creating products with purpose. The project began through a connection with the founder of Iris Studios, introduced through my partner Emmanuel, who has been lifelong friends with the IRIS team.
At Research Design Agency, we are intentional about the brands and products we choose to involve ourselves with. As a design-focused agency, we believe that strong collaborations create opportunities for innovation, new perspectives, and ideas that would not exist alone.
After connecting with Iris Studios, we presented the idea of creating a collaborative collection between RDA and Iris. The vision was simple: create something that represented our shared background, our love for design, and the cultural moment surrounding the 2026 FIFA World Cup coming to the United States.
From there, CAMPIONE was born.

The project started with a series of discovery meetings focused on research, inspiration, and product development. We explored what we wanted the collection to represent, how it would feel, and how each piece could tell a story.
Together, we decided to create a capsule collection consisting of:
- A custom soccer kit
- A graphic t-shirt
- A custom hat
The goal was to create pieces that felt connected to soccer culture while still maintaining a strong fashion and lifestyle identity.
We led the creative direction, design process, and overall visual approach of the collection. Iris Studios brought the product development expertise, transforming the concepts into finished garments through detailed tech packs, material sourcing, and production management with overseas manufacturers.
The collaboration between both teams allowed the project to move seamlessly from concept to final product. Every detail was carefully considered, from silhouettes and materials to construction and finishing.

To bring CAMPIONE to life visually, we collaborated with an incredible creative team.
The campaign was photographed by Hassan “Slipper No Socks” from Socalled Studios, capturing the energy and personality behind the collection. The entire shoot was directed by Jayden Griffin, who helped translate our vision into a complete visual story. From creative direction to casting, Jayden played a major role in shaping the final campaign.
We also handled the styling and wardrobe direction, ensuring the collection was presented in a way that reflected the world we wanted CAMPIONE to live in.
One of the biggest challenges was learning how to transition from creating a product concept into building a complete brand experience. Developing the collection was only one part of the process. Understanding rollout strategies, marketing, sales, and how to introduce a new product into the market became an entirely new learning experience.
We participated in local markets, connected directly with customers, and had the opportunity to have CAMPIONE stocked at Bunkr in Newark, allowing the collection to reach a wider audience.

CAMPIONE became more than just an apparel collection. It became a representation of collaboration, friendship, and the power of combining different creative perspectives.
The project allowed both Iris Studios and Research Design Agency to explore new areas of design, production, and storytelling while building something meaningful together. Through every challenge and success, CAMPIONE became a valuable learning experience, and we look forward to continuing to create projects that push culture, design, and collaboration forward.
